First, you must understand that Brad Pitt fully commits himself to his chosen roles and he doesnt stop until he gets his desired results. Mondays are for chest exercises including basic pushups, Smith Machine standard and incline bench presses and the butterfly. These exercises expand the chest and enhance muscle formation in the pectoral area.
Tuesdays are reserved for back and triceps exercises, these include seated cable rows, lying T bar row and the wide grip lat pulldowns.
